Digital Photos May Not Be Lost

by David Peters

Digital photographs are something that are important to all of us. Most of the pictures we take happen once in a lifetime, which is why they are so very important. From your child's first steps to pictures of your family, photographs are very important. As important as they are, nothing is worse than losing them. This can be very traumatic and frustrating, especially knowing that you'll never to capture the picture again.

There are methods by which digital photographs can be recovered if your photos become lost. In some instances, it may seem that the camera itself may have suffered a malfunction. This may not be the demise of the photographs however as most digital camera's use what are called smart cards to store the information taken. The best protection is to save your photos to the card, transferring them to your computer as soon as possible. The pictures should then be backed up to a CD or DVD for further safety.

Photos sometimes seem to become lost in the computer itself. Always check in the recycle bin in case you have mistakenly moved them there without even knowing it. This can be corrected by simply right clicking the recycle bin which opens it. If the pictures are there, they can easily be recovered. Drag the photos to the desktop and right click. Then choose restore to put them back in the location they were in originally. Your photos are now back in place.

There may be occasional when your digital photos are not so simple to retrieve. It will be much harder to recover your photos if the camera itself has had hardware problems to occur, or if the smart card has become corrupted. Should this be the case, refer to the software or consult a professional repairman. In the instance of a malfunction, there is software available on the market created for the purpose of correcting digital camera problems. Normally this software can recover the photographs.

Most services and software can recover almost all files that you have on your camera, from JPEG pictures to video files. Most people transfer their pictures to their computer as soon as they can, which can be recovered using data recovery methods. On the other hand, those who don't, will need a professional to take a look at the camera. If you don't waste any time and seek a professional immediately, your pictures can normally be recovered.

Digital cameras are something that most of us own these days, as they take professional quality photos. Anytime that it appears you have lost your pictures, you can turn to software and professional recovery services to get your pictures back. Your digital photographs are very important, which is why you'll want to take care of them. Mistakes and disasters do happen though - which is why there are recovery services.

Safe Sustanon Anabolic Steroid Cycles

by The Steroid Encyclopaedia Team

Sustanon cycle is an injectable testosterone blend utilizing four different esters that cause the testosterone to release at different times. The brand name Sustanon cycle 250 is a proprietary blend of testosterone propionate (30mg), testosterone phenylpropionate (60mg), testosterone isocaproate (60mg), and testosterone decanoate (100mg) for a total of 250mg of testosterone per ml of oil.

The esters release from quickest to slowest with the first ester, propionate, generally releasing within a day and the longest ester, decanoate going on 3 weeks. Meaning, in theory you can inject Sustanon anabolic steroid cycles as little as every mixture.

Sustanon cycle is one of the most popular testosterone products ever sold, having reached a near mythical status as a muscle builder. There are a few reasons for this; first, Sustanon cycle is a decent mass builder and since testosterone is the king of mass builders, having four types of testosterone must mean it is great.

Second, because of the propionate ester, the product starts working almost immediately versus a more time ester such as enanthate, which will take more time to accumulate in blood levels to provide noticeable results. Finally, Sustanon anabolic steroid cycles is the product is readily available and well priced from any international supplier.

Sustanon anabolic steroid cycles has the type of side effects you would expect to have with testosterone use, especially in bigger dosages, such as; estrogenic effects like gynocomastia, altered cholesterol levels, and hair loss in men. Sustanon anabolic steroid cycles is not recommended for women.

The average dosage for men range from 250mg every seven days up to 1000mg every seven days. If increased dosages are used, multiple injections every seven days are suggested to implement stabilized blood levels because of the constant release of quicker esters.

Sustanon cycle was originally produced by Organon in the early 1970's, but never for sale in the United States. It is manufactured in many countries such as Russia, Mexico, Spain, Egypt and others. Sustanon cycle has a cult following, making it a very popular steroid to counterfeit, so buyers must be aware of what they are purchasing.

Framing Your Picture For Better Results

by David Peters

Framing your photograph can turn what would otherwise be a boring picture into a visually pleasing one. Often times an element in the foreground can be used to create the frame. Some examples of framing include using an overhanging tree branch, a window frame, a door, arches, a fence, rows of trees, etc.

Frames serve to isolate the main subject of your photograph and create an interesting composition. When framing your photograph it is oftentimes the feeling of depth you're after. At times you may decide to retain the detail of the frame (as in a wall, fence or branch), or let the frame go completely dark (as in a window frame).

When you are composing a shot, keep your eyes open to foreground (and sometimes, even middle or background) objects that can be used as a natural frame. You may need to physically back up a bit, kneel down for a more pleasant composition, or zoom in to include your subject within your chosen frame.

Framing can also be done after the fact by combining two or more pictures in an image editing software. Very dramatic effects can be accomplished this way and you are only limited by your imagination.

A word of caution is necessary here, however. While there is nothing wrong with combining different images to create a separate one, please be very careful about employing artificial frames on identifiable scenes and landscapes.

An extreme example of this warning would be to frame the Statue of Liberty by the St. Louis Arch. The picture will not look right unless your purpose is to create dissonance within your viewers' mind.

The next time you take your shot, look around and see if there is an object that you can use as a natural frame. Try to take a picture without the frame, and another one with the frame, and then compare the two. I would bet money that you will like the one with the frame better!

Bodybuilding Routines - Bodybuilding and Training Errors (Part 1)

by Mick Hart

Eating like a pigeon: This really is very, very simple. If you do not have a surplus of calories in your diet then you will not grow any new tissue. If you are not gaining weight then you need to eat more food; not just more protein but more carbohydrates and more fats as well.

Do you really think that there is a special low-density muscle tissue that will accrue on your body if only you had the right program? Give me a break. If you are eating enough to gain muscle tissue you will also be gaining weight. The number on the scale is irrelevant - look at the performance indicators of your sport, if your performance is improving then you are doing the right thing.

Intensity Intensity: Bodybuilders like to train "hard". They boast of training to "failure", doing "triple drop sets", "forced reps" and all kinds of other extremely fatiguing techniques. The problem with this is that although their musculature may recover from this onslaught in a few days their central nervous systems are absolutely fried. The CNS can take a week or more to recover from these kind of repeated efforts to failure training, which makes repeating the workouts with a similar or greater (stimulating) load impossible for quite some time.

Why oh why oh why would anyone want to do this? Your muscles recover from almost any stimulus within 72 hours but if you have stressed the CNS so greatly that it can no longer apply any force then you will become de-trained as the CNS recovers. By the time your preparedness is back up to a high level the fitness gain from training has almost completely gone.

This works out fine at the start, but this type of training will soon catch up with your body if you don't reduce those loads or you could be forced to start back at those initial load levels. Frequency and total load are the two main factors in successful training for both size and strength! so why should anybody minimise either of them on purpose?

Single factor training: Probably 99% of ordinary people in gyms are currently training according to single factor training theory, or the principle of super compensation. Probably 5% of elite strength athletes are training this way and they are all bodybuilders. Now I know most people are not even aware of what dual factor theory is so here is a brief explanation. Single factor theory treats fitness and fatigue as existing to the exclusion of each other.

The best example being that if you are tired with sore muscles post training, then you should completely recover before beginning to train again. This is called super compensation theory, which states that fitness is begins to decrease at this point and then will gradually rise back to its initial point just before you begin your next work out. Training should then take on a slightly increased weight load which pushes your fitness up a level. And so on.

Dual factor theory considers fitness, fatigue and preparedness as being factors apart but not exclusive to one another. Your long-term ability is considered to be fitness and it changes gradually and is not related to fatigue. Your immediate ability is considered to be preparedness which is what you can do NOW but is not influenced by fatigue.

According to dual factor theory you can train to the point of extreme fatigue, and have a terrible state of preparedness but still be making improvements in long-term fitness. In other words you DO NOT have to fully recover between workouts all the time and nor should you.

Macronutrient fascism: "Carbs suck", "Eating fats will make you fat" and "Just eat protein if you want to build muscle". No, no, no...We require all three in some form or other. Each person may differ in the needs of each one and depending on personal objectives, but to completely cut out one of the macronutrients from our diet is just madness.

Different combinations of macronutrients work in different ways but taking away one from the equation will have no positive effect whatsoever. I would personally recommend an isocaloric diet as a good way start to obtain both health and strength.

Lifestyle what lifestyle?: Now then, if you're the sort of bodybuilder who just does biceps on a Friday night in order get that pumped up sort of look so you can go out clubbing and pull, then you really do need a good kicking. If your goal is to achieve a bigger and stronger physique then you will have to make some difficult decisions in your like, otherwise all that good hard training of yours will just go right out of the window.
