Don't let family or friends try to convince you that it's difficult to lose baby fat, if you are motivated and can stick to it, you can lose baby fat fast.
1. Food Preparation. This is an essential element in losing baby fat, because if you continue to deep fry or do any kind of frying you are not going to find it easy to lose weight. A little olive oil in a non stick pan would be ok if you really have to, it's full of anti-oxidants. If you boil, grill or broil your food you will cut out any added calories.
2. Meals and Portions. Try eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day and see what happens, you'll feel satisfied and won't have to cheat because you're not starving. On the other hand, if you stick to the normal 2 to 3 meals a day you feel extremely hungry in between meals and start eating the wrong things.
3. Exercise. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day not only helps you to feel good, but will be good for your body. It will help to tone those soft areas thereby helping you to feel better about yourself.
I recommend walking to get you started, it's simple to do and anyone can do it.
Proper walking will help you to burn baby fat in no time, without having to do any muscle pumping, excessive sweating exercises. Walking to the fridge doesn't count, but you can gradually build up to a 45 minute power walking session.
Your baby will also benefit from the fresh air, so take him along.
